Application Procedure

Application Submission: Applications must be submitted by 28th of February 2025.

Candidates apply electronically via the application form and should provide:

  • Proof of current residency/residence country 
  • Eligibility check: mobility rule compliance 
  • Proof of English proficiency

Candidates* must demonstrate proficiency equivalent to CEFR level C1. The accepted tests and corresponding scores are as follows:

IELTS (including online Indicator): A score between 6.5 and 7.0
Cambridge CAE: Grades A, B, or C
Cambridge CPE: Minimum level C1 with a score ranging from 180 to 199
TOEIC: A score between 605 and 780
TOEFL Paper-based Test: A score between 550 and 587
TOEFL Computer-based Test (CBT): A score between 213 and 240
TOEFL Internet-based Test (IBT): A score between 79 and 95
Pearson PTE Academic: A score between 67 and 84


* You are exempt if you completed your undergraduate/postgraduate studies full-time in the medium of the English language (three or more years, cumulatively). Please upload an official document that confirms this.
 

  • A letter of motivation 
  • A Curriculum Vitae (Europass format preferred, PDF) 
  • Educational background: Bachelor’s and Master’s degree transcripts  
  • any additional information that proof the eligibility for the position (skills, languages, spoken, programming languages) 
  • References (contact details of two academic referees) 

Selection Procedure

  • Selection Criteria: Candidates will be evaluated based on their academic background, research experience, and alignment with the project’s objectives. The selection process will be open, transparent, merit-based, impartial, and equitable.
  • Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a structured interview and a scoring system.
  • Reserve List: A reserve list of top candidates may be created for future opportunities.
  • Selection Committee: The selection committee will comprise diverse experts ensuring gender balance, nationality diversity, and relevant experience.
